Define goals for new business development. Demonstrate senior level business acumen. Initiate and manage effective relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis. Manage multiple new business prospect engagements. Work collaboratively with New Business and other team on RFP’s, meetings, presentations, etc. Evaluate market research and adjusts new business strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Liaise with the PR department for any copy writing, translations, press releases & events management

• Reporting to the clients on a weekly basis via documented reports copied to the management

• Approaching and developing prospect accounts in KSA and neighboring GCC countries
• Making ‘pitches’, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.
• monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns & researching the market response
• handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients
• working with the Senior account manager & Managing Director to brief media, creative, research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies
• Coordinates activities of design, illustration, photography, paste-up, and typography
• supervises workers engaged in pasting up advertising layouts in art department or studio
• Considering factors such as size of advertisement, design, layout, sketches
and method or printing specified.
• Coordinating with the Client servicing department regarding a projects implementations and deadlines
• Coordinate with the suppliers with pricing, production and delivery
• Informing Creative and the Client Servicing department of new ideas on how to brand and advertise (Latest technology and products that are introduced in the market based on research)

• Making sure that the quality of anything that is printed in regards to (below the line advertising) and (above the line advertising) are in a high standard quality and delivered on time for preparations
