Software Industry, Reporting to Project Manager, Member of more than 30 teams of highly qualified consultants and
developers.
* Main responsibilities:
- Providing specialized support for ECM technology components, including day-to-day monitoring and analysis of system
operation, security and business continuity.
- Ensures scheduled maintenance operations and tasks are performed as required.
- Coordinates and implements all departmental ECM application software installations and patches, including appropriate
testing and notification of stakeholders.
- Coordinates the implementation of new ECM initiatives and major revisions between IT staff, clients, and vendors.
- Assist in executing ECM operating policies, procedures, and standards and ensures adherence by documentation and
evaluation of client feedback.
- Learns, understands and assists with documentation of client business processes related to support of current and future
ECM implementations.
- Communicates problems and issues to concerned key stakeholders, including IT and client management, IT Client
Specialists, development teams, and clients.
- Evaluates documented resolutions and analyzes trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.
- Collaboratively prioritizes, schedules, and administers all instances where ECM system enhancements and defect
resolution are required.
- Conducts research and monitors market trends in support of future ECM expansion including development and purchasing
efforts.
- Provides support for the testing of new and existing ECM software applications under development or consideration for
purchase.
- Assists with the development of specifications, process models, written procedures, and charts to support department ECM
application purchases.
- Perform related duties as assigned
Manage and Configure OnBase on Multiple Projects:
EMAAR, ADNIC, ADMA, Emirates Insurance, NASCO, MASDAR, TransAD and others
Presales, Support and Training for our Customers.
