Duties &Achievements

 Execute the work Breakdown Structure Baseline (WBS) activities, and deliver the work package within the project schedule Baseline

 Preparing the technical Submittals (PVC Pipe and Fitting, lighting system, HV Cable, MV Cable, LV Cable, Termination Kit, MV Cable Lugs, Transformers, GIS, SWGR, RMU, ….) for the materials to get approval from stakeholders (SEC)

 Controlling the Project Schedule and Use Schedule Compression (Crashing & Fast Tracking) to be a had of the project schedule.

 Make coast reduction for materials by Comparison between 3 different Vendors' prices and chose the Lower coast.

 Coordinate and work with the Planner to arrange the project schedule baseline by Using Primavera-6 software.

 Arranging all resources to the site (Manpower, Crain, Bom truck, Forklift, Manlift, Scissor lift, Scaffolding…….) to use them for Construction of GIS, Transformer, Gantry, SWGR, RMU, ….

 Arranging the BOQ for the electrical materials.

 Solve obstacles that appear during installation and construction by communicating and coordinating with teams.

 Review the vendors drawing from manufacturers (Schneider, Hyundai, ABB, Alstom, ) and compare it with the approved drawing and SEC Standard

 Coordinate and liaise with other disciplines and departments

 Perform all assigned work to agreed standards for safety, health environment and demonstrate a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) performance

 Assure that the Technical Submittal and Drawings Match and Comply with the SEC specification (TMSS, TCS, TES….) and Contract Scope of Work(SOW).

 Request inspection (RFI) with the client for installation activities on site.

 clear all Punch lists from the client at the site and get approval from SEC

 Attend client mint of meeting and record points in Issue Log, Put target date for closing and assign Owner for Issue to close it.

 Create and Updates the Project Corresponding For all Drawing Approval Dates, Materials Submittals dates, FAT Report tests, Purchasing Orders (PO) for all Materials.

 Arranging and Preparing for the Long lead items and all Activities which are in the Critical Path to the Project Manager.

 Manpower planning with a perfect estimation of time frame considering the activities and clients' requirements to prepare the progress report and submit it to the project manager.

 Read the Project Scope Statement, SOW, in the contract to Avoid any Scope Creep

 Record all Knowledge gained during the project and entered into the lessons learned register

Duties &Achievements
1. Provided direct and indirect orders to the design department and employees in the field. Overall daily reported about either the works that have been accomplished or the remaining ones to the electrical department manager.
2. Planning and managing the project lifetime, in calendar days, for project delivering.
3. Developing project design has better quality performance and reliability:
A. New design for control circuits of switchgear panel.
B. 33kV switchgear and 11kV or Disconnector panel’s interlocks.
C. Find out the best and the optimum distances direction for cables connections between panels (medium and low voltage cables).
4. Studying the drawing and plans ordered by customers to determine all requirements, i.e. special tools, material, shop drawing using AUTOCADprogram, etc.
5. Make load calculation analysis and short circuit calculation.
6. Using DIGSI program for Protection relay programming (SIEMENS type) and PCM600for protection relay programming (ABB type)
7. Make all required tests for the substation before handing over i.e. primary current test, secondary current test, DC operation test, and high voltage insulation test.
8. Undertake the health, safety and Environment insurance role (HSE)

Executed Projects:
A. Medium voltage Prefabricated electrical center (PEC)enclosure with 10MW, 20MW, and 50MW including:
1. GIS with rated voltage 33Kv and short circuit current 25KA(ZX1.2 and ZX0.2 ABB type)
2. RMU with rated voltage 33Kv and short circuit current 20KA (Safeplus CCCF ABB type)
3. Monitoring panel, main distribution panel (MDB), Metering Panel and fire alarm system
4. Cable trays: Ladders and trunks
B. Medium and high voltage switchgear with the following ratings: 16MVA 33/11 kV mobile substations.
C. Kiosk (ring main unit) type substations with the following rating: 11/0.4kV (250KVA to 2000KVA)
D. Distribution and control Panels: LV main distribution panels, control and relay panels, transformer protection panels, lighting panels, motor control centers (MCC), ATS panels, power factor control panel and battery chargers.

➢ Establish electrical estimation for new tenders and coordinate with other estimators for the other services

➢ Supervising the maintenance work for all the electrical installation during the warranty period
