Duties during Project Execution (implementation stage):
 Reviewing all documentation including Contractor’s incoming letters, site instruction
books, and Subcontractors documents.
 Prepare drafts for management requests regarding contractual related aspects.
 Drafting Contractual correspondence.
 Drafting replies for State Audit Bureau of Kuwait.
 Reviewing Project correspondences and provide advice when needed.
 Develop Change Control Management (CCM) on brownfield location Projects.
 Develop strategic plans for management of significant changes in cost and time
schedules or variations.
 Support in claims settlement, dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration
proceedings.
 Verified/defended $ 357, 024, 924 USD claims raised by Contractors and
counterclaims from the legal perspective study in coordination with the discipline
engineers.
 Present to KNPC CRC (Claim review Committee) my recommendation for the raised
Claims after concurrence of KNPC management.
 Attend KNPC Board meetings with senior management to propose settlement for
the Claims.
 Handling insurance claims for Rain & Floods Damage Events of 2017 and 2018 in
coordination with insurance dept.
Duties during Pre-Tendering and Tendering stage:
 Identifying type of tender (Emergency / normal / single source / MOMARSAH).
 Obtaining Budget approval and AFE (Appropriation for expenditure) approval
through KNPC Stage Gate System (SGS).
 Preparation of Project presentations proposed by Concerned Coordination group
Team Leader in front of KNPC several Committees approached for approval needed.
 Drafting ITB according to company model documents which differ according to
tender classification (LSTK / ADHOC / Consultancy / Low Value Contracts (LVC) /
Medium Value Contracts (MVC)).
 Identifying Bidders List and Pre-Qualification of Contractors.
 Preparing for awareness workshop for the entire Project Team Members
emphasizing how to draft various Sections / Parts / Exhibits of ITB Document in a
structured manner to avoid inconsistencies.
 Issuing the ITB draft to concerned departments for comments.
 Finalizing the ITB after compiling approved comments of concerned departments.
 Create a new ‘Service Request (SR) in MAXIMO (company bidding system).
 Pre-Tender Meeting preparation.
 Handling bidders’ clarifications.
 Evaluation of Offers and prepare award recommendations for senior management
as per KNPC work instructions.
 Awarding and contract signing and kick off meeting preparation.

Duties :
 Receive the ITB and act in line with client procedures.
 Prepare documentations for GO/NOGO approvals.
 Analyze/study ITB documents.
 Assemble the proposals team in conjunction with the heads of departments and lead
the proposal team.
 Distribute the ITB information appropriately to other functional departments.
 Attending PTM and site visits.
 Leading coordination process with the concerned branch according to project
location.
 Leading clarifications process before sending to client.
 Leading proposal preparation meetings in order to meet target date.
 Ensure the proposals are prepared in compliance with client requirements and
Company Procedures.
 Managing technical proposal preparation.
 Consolidates the estimate components and prepares the proposal cost
documentation and bid forms.
 Obtaining required approval from department manager and senior management
before going to CEO.
 Presenting Proposal budget and Cost Estimate file and project presentation to CEO
after concurrence of management.
 Provide periodical reports on group bidding activities and success ratio achieved in
each area.
 Organize and facilitate meetings with clients, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
 Assistance in recruitment as well as training and development of proposal personnel.
 Actively contribute in the development and enhancement of the Proposal procedures
for delivery of successful tender packages.

Read and study the electrical plans (usually done by electrical design engineers) and
implement it in the site
 Develop and maintain electrical systems for buildings.
 Resolving issues and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications.
 Taking necessary actions whether to correct or to improve the design.

Maintaining and supervising the electrical faults occurred in the power and control circuits included in the various types of machines used in the industry.
