Work Description:
• Decision maker and head of the credit section. Dealing with more than 100 customers daily. Reporting to the Credit Manager.
• Duties :

• MarketingDuties:
1) Follow up the market by studying & evaluating the compotators.
2) Handling the promotions & the advertisement inside the branch.
3) Tele marketing: Calling the VIP customers, telling them the new offers and convincing them to come make a new deal.
• Supervising Duties:
1) Evaluating the customer financial status & make the decision of approving the deal or not according to the company's criteria & the Central Bank regulations.
2) Evaluating the credit stuff, sales and salesmen.
3) Leading the credit team to achieve the company's goals and target.
4) Insuring the best service to customers.
5) Minimize the cycle time of approval of the deals and make it as easy as possible.
6) Make sure that credit deals if offered for all customers.
7) Solving any problems which customer faces with the credit department either with collection or stuff.
8) Follow up the Credit Ratio reports and do the best to maintain in the best place among credit sales.

• Management Duties:
1) Arranging between the head office the credit team inside the branch to maintain the understanding of goals, target and new offers.
2) Make reports about the market status.
3) Transfer the customer's problems and complains to the high management with ideas about how we can solve it.
4) Make and send the daily sales report.
5) Send evaluations on monthly and yearly periods about the credit stuff.

• ACHIEVED THE FIRST PLACE AMONG CREDIT SALES 2007.
