Participates in development and management of effective integrated media plans and buys & develops objectives, strategies, plans and presentations.
Maintaining media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting and optimization.
Develops and fosters strong relationships with media partners.
Evaluates media opportunities and presents media plans and/or POV’s clearly in writing and orally.
Analyzes web metrics, provides campaign effectiveness reports to clients, and recommends optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance.
Experience in creating digital or marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution

Responsibilities:
Identifying the right target audience and critical markets based on campaign brief and sales data.
Analyzing and researching the target audience's characteristics, purchasing behavior and media habits
Identifying the Business Objective and tailoring the right media approach for a campaign
Advising the client on the most effective digital media platforms on the TG insights.
Managing media budgets and maintaining advertising spend records.
Working with colleagues, other departments and media buyers
Proofreading advertisement content before release.
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns.
Ensuring Media Campaigns go live as per scheduled time
Determine ROI reports on each campaign from a social media, earned media and paid media perspective
Understanding of online ad campaign metrics and analysis, including CPM, CPC, and CPA advertising models.
Ability to multi-task priorities under tight deadline
Prepare, implement and monitor marketing budgets and media plan
Identify appropriate media partners and associations and negotiate both barter and non-barter deals to maximize event exposure
Ensure event websites are fully updated with latest event information
Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral including brochures, print advertisements, web banners, emails campaigns etc.
Write and proofread all marketing materials including press releases, event brochures, website, e-mail campaigns etc.
On-site media management
Work solely on digital marketing campaigns - social media, e-mailers, media buying and online lead generation campaigns
Generate content for the company website, supervise website design
Prepare reports and analysis of marketing campaign performance and success

Receiving client briefings and analyzing the input of client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback etc. to produce creative brief for the creative, web development, copywriters, digital and media team.
Coordinating with customer inquiries, agency inquiries and vendors to provide competent solutions
Providing creative, SEO, PPC, media, website development, email campaigns (RI6, ICE) and interactive department personnel with well-documented input, supporting data and production materials as required; ensuring that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative, web and media groups
Responsible for being the final sign-off contact point on all important documentation/deliverables (budget, project plan, mockups, storyboards, deliverables) before sharing them with the clients
Coordinating and authorizing quotations for client approval and assisting in preparation of client invoices
Prompt collection of account receivables; ensuring they don’t exceed the given budget
Preparing month-end overviews of current activities for clients, monthly revenue forecasts and planning for future development of accounts (by upselling and cross-selling services)
Accountable and responsible for achieving quarterly targets
Effectively mitigating risks, tackling issues, managing change and ensuring quality output throughout
