• Work with external vendor development teams to ensure at detail that they are following Takamol solutions development standards and practices and escalate when this is not being done.
• Communicate with senior Management and teams on technology, standards, and technical approaches in a non-technical way so it is easy to understand
• Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, dependencies or other challenges to successful product development.
• Work with executive leadership, senior stakeholders, customers, and customer vendor teams to plan releases and update them accordingly
• Utilize tools that help development vendor teams deliver more accurately, passionately, and with higher levels of quality
• Introduce techniques that deliver technical value for Takamol
• Work with business and product development teams to plan, develop, maintain and communicate the release cycles across the portfolio of business unit products.
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies, design workshops, and ad hoc meetings
• Provide status updates and promote seeing status for various levels of the organization to keep them updated on the status of upcoming product releases.
• Work with the team scrum master to ensure that the product development team can deliver high value product releases and are engaged to ensure that the features meet or exceed expectations.
• Support and coordinate QA or release acceptance processes with external entities.
• Conduct sprint reviews on release progress and readiness.
1. Installation & Integration Engineer, MVNE/MVNO Department:
• Integrated, customized & launched the new Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), including “FRiENDid” &
“Elephant Talk”
• Implemented & operated IN & VAS platforms (SMSC, IVR, USSD and GGSN)
• Supported different systems through the integration with all supporting system and APIs
• Projects management of the installation & integration for the MVNE/MVNO partners with ZAIN networks
2. Technical Performance Engineer, NOC Department:
• Coordinated the network optimization activities to ensure that the network meets KPI thresholds mainly on service accessibility (CSSR, block rate), retain ability (CCR, drop rate), usage (traffic) & mobility (handover)
