• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.

• Reviewing, approving subcontractor’s as built drawings.
• Approving and following up project schedules.
• Study projects contracts, terms and conditions.
• Creating efficient project site team.
• Reviewing projects layouts, schemes, and specifications.
• Reviewing and approving the materials in the projects.
• Applying document control as well as budget and cost control.
• Preparation of test procedure.
• Testing of all types of protective relays and associated components.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical Work groups at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

• Consultant: ARAMCO.
• Planning and execution of construction work / Quality control/ Quality Assurance.
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Coordinate with Consultant, and Procurement for the Approval of the Materials.
• Supervision and execution of low current system.
• Preparing and evaluating the bills of executed works
• Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
• Inspect the entire work performed under the construction contracts.
• Inspection, testing and approval of the Electrical materials.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and other workforce involved in the project.
• Organize the duties of site Engineers.
• Monitor the progress of the work according to contract schedule and inform to the P.M
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Project: Third Haram Expansion Project (Makkah)
• Consultant: Dar Al Handasah.
• Main contractor ABCD (SBG).
• Subcontractor Advanced Vision (SBG).
- Reviewing the IFC (Issue for Comment) package which includes Checking all Drawings P&ID, C&E,
Wiring diagram, and logic diagrams systems and sending, Comments to the project Eng.
- Overseeing contractor’s technicians in calibrating all instruments at their W/S.
- Checking the loop test at site, watch at one of the two sides (field / control room) and by leading contractor
Technicians in doing their job in a safe & accurate manner.
- Reviewing all data sheets and sign the loop function test sheets.
- Checking the startup sequence and testing all control loops before real commissioning.
- Issuing the punch list according to scope of work and our commissioning standards.
- Doing the life start up after clearing all the A items, and reviewing for 72 hours the whole performance and
keep the records in our log sheets. Then hand over the package to operations.
- Responsible for flow meters proving systems in the company.
- Planning & conducting the ESD ( Emergency Shut Down) system in all company stations.
- Responsible for maintenance activities of control valves and flow meters, MCCs, PP and marshaling panels.
- Implementing the new developed methods of wellheads protection (Remote ESD).
- Testing and troubleshooting in fire detector systems monitoring.
- Assisting and supervision the team for:
Testing, troubleshooting and calibrating a different types of pneumatic or electronic (flow, level, pressure and temperature) Instrument loops which including the sensors, transmitters, controllers & final elements (control valves with its accessories, recorders etc.)
- Responsible for the calibration & maintenance of the control loop elements (Sensors, transmitters, controllers
& control valves accessories).
- Preparing & fabricate the elements (remote ESD protection panel) for Installing on well-heads.
- Reinstalling instruments protections on water injection pumps.
- Checking fire detection systems inside the plants and Buildings.
- Responsible for the troubleshooting, calibration & maintenance of the control loop elements
(Sensors, transmitters, controllers and control valves accessories) in line with maintenance requirements.
- Installing protection systems for well-heads (ESD).
- Participating to test ESD system for the plants & draw new plot plant.
- Installing, checking fire detection systems inside the plants (fusible loop plugs) and inside the Buildings
(Electronic fire system alarm panel & its sensors).
- Reinstalling electrical /instruments protections on water injection pump Plants (caterpillar, kamatson,
Alstom & Flow serve) & carry-out maintenance 8000hr.
Trainee Engineer on different Electrical /Instrument disciplines.OJT (On Job Training) in the fields.
And attending all safety courses as required.
