Responsible to significantly grow and maintain the revenue in the Region identified by selling of Hydratight Products and Services, with the support of various area /agent offices in the region. I will be responsible in pursuing long term projects and key account development with active specific campaigns

• Orchestrated sales initiatives catering to the requirements of specific clients, in order to capture a major chunk of the high-profile clientele within a short span of time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Augmenting business/ profits by securing new deals, analyzing/ proposing new business ideas to the management to tap opportunities.
• Providing technical advice to the existing and potential customers by undertaking customer site surveys. Attending sales meetings for implementation of necessary corrections in sales strategies and procedures.
• Liaising with a host of prospective contacts and clients, to ensure optimal levels of service and long term business relations.
• Creating new customer relationships and deepening and for broadening penetration of existing customer relationships with KAM and its affiliates' portfolio of applicable services and products

• Implemented integrated range of marketing concepts, methodologies and sales strategies consistent with overall goals/ objectives of business. Organized product overview presentation to clients/ consultants with emphasis on product comparisons.
• Devised technical awareness campaign strategies to drive business and educate the end-users, performed troubleshooting and diagnosed problems faced by the customers, effected corrective measures to resolve the same following P.O status.
• Identified primary thrust areas of business through market surveys and analysis. Designed and implemented business development, product pricing measures to optimize sales, volume distribution and customer service.
• Established sales targets, launched new sales management activities like account planning and management, sales campaigns, pipeline development and tracking to achieve established sales goals. Supervised sales representatives to create awareness about existent/ new products.
• Orchestrated advertising/promotional campaigns, prospected and negotiated strategic business partnerships within assigned territories into new channels, resulting in maximized revenue and business expansion.
• Researched market requirements along with overseas affiliates marketing staff and applicable logistics to create business roll out plans as well as associated support service structures for enhancing product penetration into virgin markets and augmenting client base.
• Monitored requisite technical demonstration/ application information to support the proposal to address customer needs, interacted with clients directly to make presentations highlighting product USPs. Offered superior client service to assure total customer satisfaction.
