· Follow up with departments Safety KPIs.
· Incident reporting and investigation.
· Support in plant risk assessments for all departments.

· Ensure emergency supplies (first aid, and Firefighting) available and up to date.
· Contractor Safety requirements management.
· Ensure Method Statements and risk assessments are authorized and recorded for PTW.
· Governmental compliance reports submitted on a timely manner.
· Support in waste management.
· Support is risk management & mitigation.
· Ensure EHS vision is applied around the plant.
· PTW validation of high-risk activities.
· Ensure Environmental compliance, testing and reports are addressed on a timely manner.

Utilizing SPC, statistical methods and data analysis to improve production processes including enhancements in yield, lowering costs, and increasing manufacturing operational uptime.
· Troubleshooting problems that occur during the mirror manufacturing process.
· Documenting standard operating procedures, training guidelines, and “what if” scenarios.
· Assisting in new product development and maximizing manufacturing capabilities.
· Establishing operation parameters for new processes; conduct optimization experiments to establish best practices and procedures.
· Utilizing lean and/or continuous improvement methodologies to facilitate process improvements and teach others.
· Working with customers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
· Training production operators and working collaboratively with them to improve processes.
· Ensure all safety, compliance, and environmental policies, guidelines, and regulations are known and followed
· Maximizing the efficiency of production line and processes.
· Participate/Lead continues improvement events focused on process optimization.
· Developing and implementing cost-effective alternatives and improvements to production processes without affecting quality assurance.

Administers the Safety Vision on the production shift level; including, but not limited to, conducting safety training, shift meetings, inspections, reporting, incident investigation, and follow-up.
· Resolve employee issues, ensure positive employee relations, and promote and enforce all company policies fairly and consistently.
· Ensure quality of finished product meets the specification established by engineering, quality assurance, and Customer and standard specifications.
· Supervise, train, and motivate subordinates to optimize their performance and growth.
· Ensure daily reporting is accurately completed and recorded as required (i.e., departmental
· reports, attendance/staffing, yields, etc.)
· Report and assist in resolving any process and/or equipment problems.
· Lead performance management and corrective action processes for assigned crew.
· Assist in monthly reporting and process data analysis.
