• Coordinate the movement of shipment items.
• Knowledge of SAP (self development).
• Arrange inspection of incoming Materials & Store all accepted Materials.
• Return rejected Materials to respective Vendor(s).
• Issue Materials to User Requesters.
• Monitor approved Stock levels and Re-ordering thru SAP MRP & coordination for effective implementation of stock control and avoid over stocking.
• Store keeper by manual or SAP by Auto MRP shall monitor specified stock levels and initiate procurement action when stock of those items fall to re-order level.
• Make Receiving and delivery notes in SAP, and transfer of material.
• Prepare inputs to update SAP records.
• Initiate and prepare Material requisitions in SAP.
• Ensure to process all Order shipments in a timely manner and make a follow-up if required.
• Physical verification of existing stock shall be carried out to establish stock balance & Make inventory adjustments as applicable.
• Conduct re-arrangement and location of materials according to maximize utilization of space for materials.
