1- (DEC 2013 till now): Account Manager in New Horizons
Tasks:
• Search for new client from different sources, try to reach new client by visiting and calling, make appointment with new client and visit them to explain our services and product, try to understand their needs, and nominate the client if he is interested, try to let him interest by showing his problem and giving him our solution, clarify that our solution is match with problem solving, follow up with new client till make deal, follow up with client during running deal, follow with client during closing deal, follow up with current client after close deal and always give him our new products and problem solution,

• Alignment with the sales strategy, create and implement a training sales plan to acquire new clients who are interested in a long-term partnership with us to support their efforts to improve their workplace culture.

• Customer Service: displays courtesy, responds quickly to customer needs meets commitments, manages difficult or emotional customer situations.

Tasks:
•Starting from 2011, Responsible for GII (gulf insurance institute courses) for training (sales & coordinates).
•Ensure that the product meets the market requirements and that proposed solutions to the client’s needs can be provided by the product.
•Prepare pre-sales project plan (includes requirements definition/confirmation, solution design, solution proof (cost effective), implementation & measurement plan).
•Responsible for achieving team goals.

3- (October 2008 - January 2012): Senior Sales Representative & Operation Executive - TAKNIAT Division
Tasks:
• TAKNIAT is a division from AL KHALEEJ for Training & Education, responsible for all management & development training in the company:
• Responsible for training on all management courses (Sales & Coordinates)
• Responsible for customer relations.
• Starting from 2008, Responsible for registration tests and training on Capital Market Authority courses (CME- 1 certificate).
• Starting from 2009, Coordinator for (CBP certificate) certified business professional courses (selling - instructors - training - materials - certificates - exams).
• Starting from 2009, Coordinator of (PMP) project management professional tracks (selling - instructors - training - materials - certificates - exams).
• Managing prospect customer visits.
• Partnering with onsite Business Development Managers to identify and convert prospects into customers.
