• Responsible for projects belonging to the region as more than 20 aluminum Engineering, supply and installation projects, with a value of nearly 700 million and a workforce of more than 1000 white and blue jackets.
• Formulate The strategic business plan, implementation, monitoring and control of the aluminium’s contracts business unit.
• Representing the company and enhancing liaison with the customers regarding the scope of aluminum, glass, ACP and light metal in construction projects.
• Manage projects on the range and provide technical and administrative support and coordination among staff, functions, and problem-solving.
• Follow up day-by-day the project’s activities, supervise and support the ERP integration with relevant departments such as Engineering, Production, procurement, warehouse, logistics and HR departments
• Daily field visits to stand on execution progress, payment certificate modelling and scheduling.
• Oversee budget, P&L, projects master plan, reporting, set measurable objectives and auditing through modern management tools (i.e., KPIs, DMAIC, Balance Scorecards).
• Conduct periodic meetings with project managers to follow up on the submission of bills, generate multi reports such as PR tracking reports, QC Reports, NCRS, achievements against approved schedule, PPM, develop performance report KPI, labor assessment reports, incentive schemes, corrective actions, Mobilization and demobilization and many others.
• Succeeded in buildup consensus and relationships among stakeholders and clients

Responsibilities:
• Led and directed multi-functions in sales, engineering, bids and estimation, and procurement within set corps business strategies through projects phasis.
• Savvy in opportunities analysis, bid response planning, and negotiation.
• Holding meetings and concluding deals with strategic clients in the private and government sectors. Pre- & post-bid client communications, negotiation, and post-award processing.
• Defined scope, budget, schedule, set performance requirements, and assigned resources.
• Monitoring and intervening in crucial decisions on the procurement process of the aluminum systems with target price according to the advance valuation of ZOPA and BATNA.
• Evaluate strategies to leverage relationships and networks for business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage the allocation of project budget, resources, and on-site mobilization, demobilization and organize the first kick-off meeting with the client.
• Set the tone of project execution by initiating the pre-construction design and engineering phases.
• Holistic Management of binding contracts regarding contractual obligations, entitlements, and disputes, ensuring customer and the project management team interact with consultants and client’s requirements.
• Comply with the commissioning agreement while managing the technical and commercial closing of the contract successfully.
• The primary aluminum system exercised: Schueco, Technal, vista wall, Gutmann and commercial systems.

• Organize workforce and material resources, oversee the production process and adjust the production schedule as required.

• Control project cash flow and monitor invoicing and payment certificates to record all revenue transactions.

• Implement state-of-art tools and lean manufacturing techniques to achieve new production and finish goods output records.
• Devise budgets and effect cost-cutting measures to maintain and compliance the budget and strategic targets.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate the new Production lines expansion projects, and conduct the project value engineering, procurement, and subcontracting and commissioning processes.
• mapping manufacturing process and bottlenecks analysis and resolving technical problems in the design, analyze schedule slippages and implementing rigorous controls, especially for complex and fast-paced projects.
• Leaded and directed a multi-disciplinary team in developing and executing large-scale production line projects, each with a unique set of requirements, commercial terms, and technical parameters.
• Apply high-end project management concepts like critical path management, metal, material, and human resource management, and efficiently organize the site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Achieved and sustained record in production volume (+70%), productivity (+40%) & scrap% (-3% less) for Extrusion, powder coating and Packing departments. Furthermore, increased dies life by 98% beyond the known life span
• Member of ABC consultant in Research and Development (R&D) crew accoupling and implementing KPIs and Balance scorecards
• Instrumental in implementing lean manufacturing methodology by using necessary tools such as Five S, value stream plan (VSP), balance scorecard and six sigma, research and development (R&D) techniques to reach the optimum outputs
