 Prepare the Baseline program of works with a logical WBS for the project, by studying drawings, specification and BOQ, and extensive discussions with the projects team and consultant.
 Monitor the programs, timeline, and provide regular update reports.
 Prepare the request for interim Extension of time using Time Impact / Windows analysis in line with the Society of Construction Law Protocol and the International Recommended Practice.
 Review the project contract and ensure the proper works execution and responsibility of each party.
 Attend the project meetings with the consultant and contractor to review the project progress against the approved program.
 Review the project status and observe any deviations in the main project objectives and take the necessary action to correct and keep the project on track.
 Review and evaluate the sub contractor’s claims and interim payments in accordance with the contract.
 Critical path & earned value analysis, delay analysis, recovery schedules.
 Successfully increased all planning team capabilities in utilizing the software and techniques in order to finish the job in an efficient and with a best possible approach.
 Good knowledge in BIM and visual project control.
