• Manage and implement software upgrades, security patches and planned maintenance of all IT infrastructure systems.

• Respond to infrastructure security incidents, identifying/tracking platform vulnerabilities and ensuring that the appropriate remediation is invoked.
• Heavily involved in conducting security risk assessments in liaison with IT Security Admin, t report findings, and to provide countermeasure recommendations and business cases based on ITD’s security principles.
• Perform upgrades, new installations, enhancements and configuration changes as needed.
