Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends

Carry out full investigations of all incidents and give hard copies to the documentation clerk to fill into the system.
Conduct random checks to monitor compliance to the safety policy.
In-case any security personnel reports a safety breach, to start investigating.
Conduct rounds to check if standard operating procedures are followed.
Assists in the preparation of periodical reports regarding Safety situation.
Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice
and relevant standards.
Investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences.
Serving as the first responder to and investigator of safety
incidents and mishaps.
Maintaining proper records.
Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely.
Advise on provisions to minimize • safety risks.
Develop and enforce OSH policies (e.g. accident reporting
process).
Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective
actions.
Organize and conduct OSH training plans.
Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify
safety issues.
