➢ Follow up Aljaber methods in setting SPMT for the required job and have hand skill in connecting trailers to prepare the SPMT trailers for traveling
➢ Have knowledge in Lifting equipment and lashing load on the SPMT Trailers
➢ Ensure all systems in SPMT are working good before transport and during transportations
➢ Have hand skills in fixing small issues in SPMT system ➢ Follow all SHE-Q (Safety, Health and Environmental - Quality) Standards during traveling
➢ Report to various work sites, as directed by the SPMT Planner and/or SPMT Supervisor ontime and ready operate SPMT equipment or perform assigned duties
> Collect and carefully review of job description and make sure the work scope is understood and eventual changes during shutdown/turnaround execution are reported to management
> Supervise activates of teams during catalyst handling and other industrial maintenance services as required
> Ensure all documents for the project are properly maintained and completely recorded QA/QC documents, job completion certificate
> Take samples of catalyst and submit them to lab for inspection Assist in removing and replacement of catalyst
> Reports all activates during the execution of catalyst handling to the supervisor
> Follow all SHE-Q (Safety, Health and Environmental - Quality) Standards during the execution of catalyst handling
➢ Report daily shutdown activities to the project in charge, supervisor or planner engineer
➢ Carefully understand all the requirements provided in the work scope
➢ Assist supervisor, engineer and in charge in handling tasks during the execution of shutdown/turnaround
➢ Direct, plan and manage the crew during the execution of shutdown and conduct tool box meetings
➢ Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, operation crew and ensure all documents for the project are properly maintained and completed (reports, JSA, permits…)
➢ Always maintain good housekeeping in the area
➢ Experience in cleaning, hydrotesting, heavy lifting, permits, bundle pulling, watering and dewatering, static equipment alignment, insulation and erection
➢ Follow all SHE-Q (Safety, Health and Environmental - Quality) Standards during the execution of shutdown/turnaround
➢ Report daily maintenance activities to supervisor or planner ➢ Direct, plan and manage the crew during maintenance and conduct tool box meetings
➢ Always maintain good housekeeping in the area
➢ Carry out periodic inspections for all equipment in the company yard
➢ Follow all SHE-Q (Safety, Health and Environmental - Quality) Standards during the execution maintenance
➢ Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and preform site inspections of heavy equipment such as manlift, forklift, cranes and etc
➢ Report daily shutdown activities to the project in charge, or planner engineer
➢ Carefully understand all the requirements provided in the work scope
➢ Assist the project in charge in handling work during the execution of shutdown/turnaround
➢ Ability to maintain documents (lifting plan, work scope, permits, job completions certificate, progress reports, JSA, QA/QC, blind list)
➢ Direct, plan and manage the crew during the execution of shutdown and conduct tool box meetings
➢ Always maintain good housekeeping in the area
➢ Experience in cleaning, hydrotesting, heavy lifting, permits, bundle pulling, watering and dewatering, static equipment alignment, insulation and erection
➢ Follow all SHE-Q (Safety, Health and Environmental - Quality) Standards during the execution of shutdown/turnaround
Graduated part time student Bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering Area of Study: Intro to Engineering, Electrical Circuit 1, Electrical Circuit 2, Digital System, Electronic 1, Electronic 2, Signals & System, Probability & Random Signals Analysis, Electromagnetic Fields & Wave, Advanced Applied Mathematics, Microprocessors, Electric Machinery, Sensors & instrumentations, Design 1, Design 2, Automatic Control System and power courses
Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Area of Study: Engineering Drawing, Workshop Technology, Manufacturing, intro to Engineering Materials, Plant Maintenance, Industrial Safety & Environment, Strength of Material, Applied Thermodynamic, Fluid Mechanics, Computer Aided Drafting Pumping Machinery & Installations, IC Engines, Industrial Compressors, Power Plant Technology, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, MMET project and Engineering Metrology.
