• Management of specific accounts and overall portfolio including budgeted sales volumes, prices, and profit margin while meeting account service expectations
• Interact with sales channels, ensuring they are satisfied and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Create sales reports for all accounts to the director of sales, incorporating all aspects of the sales representatives’ performance and sales numbers.
• Complete administrative duties, filling out forms, creating reports and entering information into spreadsheets.
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, providing timely and accurate forecasts.
• Monitor the dispatched done to the customers.
• Co-ordinate with transporter and track the shipments incoming & outgoing and make necessary arrangement for the payment
• Control and review the stocks periodically.
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-art practices; participating in professional societies.
