• Coordinates disciplines with contractors and subcontractor.
• Follow up work changing and financing.

• Handle Multi Projects MEP execution for residential, commercial and industrial.
• Reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD technicians and drafters.
• Follow up suppliers, contractors & related man power for projects (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Machines … etc.)
• Tendering the projects related to MEP.
• Communicated daily with vendors to keep project fully operational.

- Design and Model 3D drawings using BIM.
- Create & Review MEP drawings
- Create BMS P&ID's, Cable schedule, Sequence of operation, etc.. .
- Reflect the progress on the MEP drawings
- Check the Workshop drawings & As built drawings.
- Review the P&ID's & SLD for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Check the layouts of plants.
- Handling of Design drawings presented by client of subcontractor or supplier
- Issuing the proposal design drawings
- Issuing and tracking drawings List and progress
- Negotiation with client for the drawings list required.
- Matching contractor drawings vs. client requirements
- Matching drawings details within Internal Drawing system
- Modification for the layout upon the team member comments.
- Provide the final drawings revisions for client commissioning.
- Providing final drawing list for clients.
- Archiving the Electronic Drawings.
- Making sure the current drawings vs project progress
- Periodic Review/Approve the drawing policy

- Facility Qualification(HVAC System, BMS System, Hot Cold Water, Compressed Air System, Fire System)
- Implement / review of qualification protocols for production and packaging equipments, HVAC machines, sterile area machines.
- Review / approve SOPs related to validation department.
- Review / approve SOPs related to preventive maintenance.
- Verifying the revalidation action which is taken by the maintenance department when a maintenance requisition form is submitted to the department.
- Follow / ensure cGMPs compliance.
- Issuing/Checking of the blue prints.
- Programming Database Systems.
