A- Coordinator Training Work Activities:

1- Prepare Training plan for all EHD Employee Development Activities.

• Hotel (Estimate)
• Local Taxi Fare to/from Airport (IK) Jeddah.
• Taxi Fare to airport/hotel/airport at assigned loc.
• Daily Taxi Expenses
• Payment settlement after trip according to Invoice’s and Eligibility of per diem and currency calculation.

6- Saving and Ensure recordkeeping of all training events & certificates for all EHD employees.
7- Scheduling and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for supervisors, which also includes travel and lodging arrangements.

Internal coordinator:

1- Coordinate with Corporate Affairs Department to Arrange and facilitate all government-related items such as to provide business visas, marine ID, exit/re-entry, company ID, housing access and other related issues
2- Prepare EHD weekly activity highlights, monthly timesheets (Timekeeper) for the whole department employees
3- Prepare all material purchase requisition plan and other material requirement as requested by the department and management.
4- Create purchase requisitions thru SAP system for EHD Materials plan and follow-up with Material Dept. to delivered materials.
5- Update filing system and maintain records for the department.
6- Coordinate with contracting dept. to process any service contract under our dept.
7- Prepare all service invoices and submitted to Finance Dept. for payment.
8- Preparation of department low Assets Material / Dept. inventory.

B- Planner Analyst Work Activities:
1- Proper Plan & Annual as per Routine Activities Operating and Business Plan .
2- Reviewing Monthly Cost Sheet with variance justification (consultation with Section Heads & EHD-M)
3- Mid-End Year Accountability Report (consultation with Section Heads & EHD-M)
