Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
Planning, organizing and managing the organization under the guidance provided by the organization vision in the field of
human resources in order to meet the organizational goals of efficiency, cost effectiveness and growth.
Ensure smooth, efficient and cost-effective operation of the Human Resources Dept.
Defining the company's vision and mission objectives and developing comprehensive strategies to achieve them.
Develop HR policies and direct and coordinate human resources activities such as employment, compensation, labor
relations, benefits, training, discipline, resolution of legal issues and requirements, and delivering employee services by
performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Ensure smooth, efficient and cost-effective operation of the Human Resources Dept.

Contributing with top management and the Director of Human Resources to plan, execute and monitor annual operational
goals and objectives of the company employees in line with the department’s targets, corporate strategy, and compliance
with Saudi Labor Laws.
Manage the data of new and promoted employees on the system. and processing leave requests of all kinds in accordance
with HR policy and notifying the key stakeholders concerned (payroll department, finance, and department head(s)).
Manage business trips booking orders requests to issue tickets or compensation for the applicants.
Manage requests for service certificates of all kinds.
Manage absence deduction orders and take the appropriate action in that.
Confirmation on resignation decisions, liquidating employee rights, and notifying the appropriate parties.
Manage minutes of contract renewal and salary increase.
Manage annual bonus data.
Manage annual job performance reports data and recording them in the system.
Manage the data of new and promoted employees& benefits on the system
Engaging with all departments and divisions of the company in relation to their queries and requests.
• Manage the establishment of the human resources and general administration departments of the company including development
of strategies aligned to the company’s objectives.
• Participate in the formulation of the annual strategic plan of the organization along with the budget and ensure effective
implementation of plan and compliance with budget related to human relations and administration.
• Supervise all aspects of manpower planning and recruitment to select and hire suitable employees for various positions including
vetting of applications, interview of candidates, issue of job offers, finalizing of work contracts
• Coordinate all activities for onboarding of new employees including completion of medical checkups, reception of employees at
the airport, arrangement of accommodation as per need, orientation and deployment.
• Develop and implement strategies and programs for identifying suitable jobs for and hiring Saudi nationals as per the company’s
Saudization targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervised all day-to-day activities related to administration, recruitment, employee engagement, government affairs, security and safety.
• Managed recruitment process including searching for suitable candidates through various channels including job portals like Bayt.com, vetting of job applicants, personal interviews of candidates, issue of job offers and finalization of contracts.
• Coordinated all activities related to onboarding of new employees including medical checkups,
• Ensured maintenance of the staff database including accurate documentation and upkeep of personal files of all employees.
• Dealt with administration including issue and implementation of administrative decisions, monitoring compliance, administrative investigations and disciplinary actions for violations.
• Supervised issue of staff identification letters, facilitated opening of staff bank accounts, coordinated applications and obtaining of exit and return visas.
• Monitored implementation of all safety and security policies, procedures, rules and regulations ensuring compliance across the organization.
• Participated in the development and implementation of strategic plans for employment and training aligned to overall organizational strategic goals.
• Delivered weekly reports and presentations to the management on progress and status of departmental action plans
