• Assess project requirements by engaging in meetings with clients to determine their availability and feasibility. Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing the progress and enhancements made in the work undertaken.

• Excel in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. I can effectively manage resources, monitor progress, and ensure that construction activities align with the project plan.

• Successfully drove the TCCF ( testing and commissioning ) activity with Uptime Institute for STC’s Riyadh (Rimal, Janadriyah, Khurais) data centers to make sure systems are well-integrated and working properly as designed and intended.

• Proficient with the mechanical systems used in data centers, including chillers, (TST), (CRAH), (FAHU), (FCU), (VRF) systems, and chilled water pumps.

• Experience in supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site. This includes managing contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and resolving issues as they arise.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling me to address challenges encountered during construction. I can make quick and effective decisions, considering factors such as time, cost, and quality.

• Oversee the classification of work executed by contractors to ensure exceptional project quality and compliance. Assume full managerial responsibility for two contractors: one focused on infrastructure construction and installation, and another dedicated to vertical construction and villa development within the project.

• Conduct daily inspections of project construction, ensuring adherence to product testing, and installation methods, and promptly resolving any issues that arise during the implementation phase. Perform comprehensive inspections of the HVAC system in vertical structures and actively participate in the inspection of prefabricated panels.

• Provide supervision for infrastructure plans, encompassing the seamless coordination of product receipt from factories or suppliers, installation, and subsequent testing.

• Prepare and submit weekly reports, documenting the progress achieved and highlighting areas of improvement within the project.

• Take the lead in project planning and implementation, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and project plans. Engage in negotiations with contractors and suppliers, making informed decisions that align with project budgets and objectives. Assume responsibility for project operations, overseeing a comprehensive team of engineers, technicians, and administrators to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet widely recognized standards.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, employing effective strategies to manage and resolve them. Shape and drive strategic initiatives, actively leading key global projects to successful integration. Establish alignment between project specifications and the project sponsor's objectives.

• Demonstrate effective leadership throughout all project phases, collaborating closely with senior executives from diverse departments and geographical areas. Undertake ad hoc assignments to address immediate business needs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

• Regularly submit progress reports to the Ministry of National Guard on a monthly basis, fostering improved workflow quality and providing a conducive environment for employees.
