Job Description:
As a credit officer:
1.Dealing with Clients and provide them with the necessary information about their transactions.
2.Handling Credit line and installments transactions.
3.Process transactions for approval by the terminals.
4.Handling the Pricing, interests, refunds, exceptions...etc according to company’s policies.
As a supervisor:
1.Giving the approval for the credit transactions of Electronics, Furniture, Textile, Home Accessories, Alghanim Employee's and Gulf Bank Employee's.
2.Following up The Market & Studying the Strategy of the Competitors.
3.High Experience of Customer Services & Handling.
4.Excellent knowledge with tasks of Credit Collection, Banks
Transactions, Insurance and Cars (Sales & Renting)
5.Presenting credit coordinator for the showroom, between the
credit management & the electronics showroom supervisor.
