Analysis of all raw materials on modern equipment (Gulatin Index,
Easyplus Titration and Soxhlet Fat Exraction).
• Conduct some chemical test on food .
• Perform sampling of incoming raw material for release testing .
• Perform test and inspections on incoming raw material, in process
material and finished products .
• Accurately document data and test result in appropriate logbooks,
notebooks or result sheet .
• Write, review and update standard operating procedures at the
direction of management.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as
needed.
• Review and check analytical data generated by other analysts.
• Follow standard operating procedures/standard test methods when
performing assigned tasks .
• Assist with compliance activities including investigation for out of
specification QC results.
• Prepare samples and documentation for submission to external test
laboratories .
• Assure accurate and timely input of QC data to information systems,
databases and records .
Assisted in procuring raw materials, food supplies, packaged items,
ready-made food items etc. as per the replenishment schedule and
forwarded invoices to the accounting department.
• Manage all employees and raise productivity .
• Implement and follow up the health, Safety and Security regulations.
• Received customer complaints pertaining to food quality, services etc.
and initiated efforts to resolve complaints for customer satisfaction
and retention.
