Internal transfer between company's warehouses, reporting, maintenance supervision, drivers trip allowance claims, petty cash, data analysis, electronic fueling and service providers invoices.

- Manage the supply and replenishments across the whole supply network &
review mid term and long term outlook of the supply plan against resources
and warehouse capacities.
- Requirements inventory setting and DRP process management.
- Distribution plan full horizon/ weekly/ daily release for Stock Transfer Orders.
- Reviews logistics schedule adherence and drive improvement including
optimization of truck load management.
- Provide impact analysis when needed to show the impact of decisions or
scenarios to the plan. Support on reporting where necessary.
- Balance service level (OTIF) and inventory targets.
- Support projects and process improvement to enhance performance and
efficiency of the required planning activities.

Monitor the transportation budget to ensure funds are properly utilized to comply with the organization objectives, allocate drivers assignments, ensure compliance with safety standards, share information about new laws or technological advances, signing new service providers to ensure a better trucks avaliability, cooperate with the financial department by providing all the reports to set the provisions, making an appropriate annual budget for both customers deliveries and internal transfer between branches, coming up with solutions for operation issues, meet on time delivery OTD requirements and follow on discrepancies with suppliers.

Sell products by establishing contact and develop relationships with clients, provide support and guidance to clients by recommending opportunities to fulfill their requirements, maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, performing in a good way to achieve the target.

Provide products on good condition in order to satisfy the need of the customers, preparing a delivery schedule and assign the right drivers to get it carried out, making a daily account and ensuring that there's no shortage.

Create a work plan that covers the manufacturing demand for each and every requested item for the whole month and the deadline to gather the row materials in order to get the order done, ensure that all products are free defects by collaborating and aligning with the Quality Control Department, perform general office duties and administrative tasks, preparing monthly manufacturing presentations for the top management.
