Branding and Corporate communication during JV formation
I was Managing two different brands, one of them is a major brand. One of the few who is also managing the brands for all regions (KSA, GCC, MENA and some other African export countries).
I had the second top performing brand in sales among the category, though I had the least experience and marketing budget. Below are some of the assignments I managed:
- Launching initiative events and campaigns including promotions POS materials..etc, to achieve different product objectives.
- Managed to solve several issues the brand had ranging from stocks and its distribution, product and regional focus, supplier awareness of market and segments' needs..etc..
- Managing communications, meetings, and creative ideas from different teams, suppliers, merchandisers, sales, and customers.
- Frequent traveling to meet the supplier or represent the company at different international fairs and shows i.e.( ISOT Show and Pentel Fair in Tokyo Japan, Paper World Middle East Show in Dubai) .
Worked in brand identity Management and helped in the corporate communication agencies as well.
- Initiated Communicating Positivism Program For Employees.
- Developed press releases guidelines.
- Monthly assessments reports of print ads, press releases, and social media.
- Improved evaluation criteria to different assessments to reduce subjectivity and increase objectivity
- Brand inductions to other agencies and departments.
- Brand related; creative ideas, initiatives, evaluation and analysis of competitors.
