Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring effective Marketing & Corporate Communication services provided to the business
- Supervision of collation of market and customer requirements data
- Assisting in the design of various marketing initiatives
- Identify needs and behaviour of Youth segment based on market research & surveys, and derives relevant
recommendations
- Analyse and monitor STC performance in the Youth segment compared to competition and overall market opportunities
- Create marketing intelligence reports, such as Market Watch/Alert, Products & Services Comparison/Tracker/Testing, Market visit
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the overall customer loyalty strategy, including the development, project management and implementation of retention programs for various products and services
- Identify opportunities and implement tactics to maximize revenue and minimize churn among existing customer bases
- Analyze and report monthly usage patterns, churn, customer base trends, and customer retention projects and initiatives
- Liaise with agencies and other external vendors to develop customer contact strategies
- Design marketing campaigns aimed at retention and value preservation
- Deliver out of the box campaigns that will enrich customer experience
- Build close relationships with other business functions including product management, marketing communication and technical to execute campaigns and evaluate them periodically
- Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, loyalty, brand positioning and awareness
Key responsibilities:
- Develop the Adjacent Services strategy and marketing program
- Meet Revenue targets
- Effectively use all available promotional tools to ensure the above work closely with the central team & vendors to localize products, content and promotion
- Maintaining the existing Adjacent Services portfolio of the company and envisioning new and innovative non-voice services
- Coordinate with various internal departments technical marketing, MARCOM, and Customer Service for a smooth and speedier deployment of services
- Ensure smooth tie-up with current and new Adjacent Services partners
Key responsibilities:
- Create the quarterly road map of product and services
- Design, develop and carry out Products & Services strategies
- Establish and develop Products & Services objectives and goals
- Establish product development process for all Zain product and services
- Work closely with IT team to make sure that the products and services have been technically built as requested
- Monitor the new/current products and services
- Managing the team
Key responsibilities:
- Implement First Call Resolution, Root Case Analysis, and Up sell/Cross Sell plan.
- Conduct the Spot Check and Mystery caller for contact center agents.
- Evaluate contact center agent’s calls and Remedy Tickets
- Evaluate Zain Internet and Intranet webpages contents and information
- Prepare training materials of new offers
- Prepare and announcing the scripts for the updates and incidents for concerned department
- Coordinate with various internal departments such as Operation Team, Help Desk Team, Marketing Team, IT Team, International Roaming Team, Network Team, and Sales Team for a smooth and speedier deployment of announcement and awareness
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct the main tests for the customer life cycle (Zain Services, systems, network, and business processes)
- Conduct the Mystery shopper for all Zain branches and points of sales in Riyadh to make sure that they are following the process and working according to plan
- Review and reporting all the issues found by testers' in different areas
- Present all the test results in the defect management meeting on daily bases
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor all Mobily business services
- Make sure that all the services is up and running
- Coordinate the outages and system migrations with concerned departments
- Create the daily reports for all Mobily services
Key responsibilities:
- Help individual customers to fix their technical problems in regards to DSL, Email and Dial-up connection
- Take care of the corporate customer services such as DSL, Leased Line, and Wireless connection
- Monitor Zajil’s links and connections, also the national links of KSA
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare business process templates
- Arrange files according to the file system (Soft copy & Hard copy)
- Update daily project process in project master files
- Report to Technical Consultants all the reports and findings
