• Oversee and direct operations of regional field operations department.
• Develop and implement KPIs and work schedules and plans.
• Guarantee network uptime and performance and ensure that field engineers and supervisors are given all necessary support.
• Oversee network expansion projects, liaise with vendors and network support providers to coordinate projects and ensure that SLA KPIs are adhered to.
• Managing department OPEX and distribution of department resources.

• Plan for and ensure that all network critical elements and resources are available.

• Responsible for scheduling and implementation of preventive & corrective maintenance including but not limited for BTS, Rectifiers, Batteries, UPSs and transmission equipments MW links.
• Troubleshooting, fault diagnoses replacement of any faulty modules and take a necessary actions to speed up problem resolution and minimize sites outages.
• Liaise on a day to day basis with transmission engineers and technicians and provide them with the support, directives and guidance needed for their work.
• Monitor the performance of the network to ensure high network availability and uptime.
• Provide high level technical support for transmission engineers and technicians.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and expansion activities within department and with vendors.
• Liaise with equipment vendors and ensure that network equipment spare needs are adequately covered.
• Keep an updated inventory of all company tools and equipment.
• Continually update transmission network mux plan, map layouts, equipment schematic layouts, traffic assignments, interconnectivity routes and gateways.
• Ensure the smooth operations of the networks.

Maintain all KPI & SLA for all the MS Accounts
Overall manager of all Field elements (Power, Transmission & BSS etc) in the network

Preparation of Management reports on Radio Operation & Maintenance
Participation of Management review meetings
Conduct & Participate in the recruitment interviews for selection of personnel
