Role Objective:
To manage and direct all Human Resource and Administration activities of the company, ensuring that the company’s business strategy and objectives are reflected in the department’s processes and that they are delivered in a professional and proactive manner.
Oversee establishment of service standards and monitor the delivery of the business services to the company, ensuring a high-quality and employee-friendly service delivery in compliance with HR lead practices, governmental regulations, labor law and management requirements. Develop, maintain and enhance effective business relations with senior government officials and other high ranking public officials and organizations.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
Administration:
• Facilities management
• Shipping, receiving and fulfillment
• Inventory control
• Support Services Department
• Employment Services Department
• Liaison to association attorney for legal aspects of association administration
• Budget development and management
• Staff and member travel
• Confidential records of the association
Human Resources:
• Development of corporate policies and procedures and oversee implementation of same
• Develop and implement a competitive compensation and benefits structure in alignment with the company’s Job Grading composition.
• Personnel records/documentation
• Position posting, screening and interviewing candidates. Transfers and promotion of employees, (in coordination with the concerned directors/ managers).
• New hire orientation program; exit interview program
• Ensure that employee complaints/ grievances are addressed through appropriate processes and that disciplinary procedures are conducted promptly, fairly and in accordance with company policy and the labor law.
• Immigration services for all employees.
Workers Accommodation & Welfare: Responsible to implement the following through Camp(s)/ Accommodation supervisors:
• Camp(s) Administration
• Planning & Implementation
• Cost Control
• Local Purchase for furniture, grocery etc.
• To make sure that enough Petty Cash is available to meet Day to Day expenses
• To make sure that sufficient accommodation available for new arrivals
• Co-ordination for new arrivals/ departures
• Water, Electricity Supply
• Disposal of sewage water
• Supervision of Staff/ Workers Mess
• Cleanliness, safety, security and maintenance of camp(s).
• Pest Control
• To arrange, attend inspections & visits of different Government & Semi Government Clients
• Transportation to/ from work sites
