- Leading the Privatization of the KFMC to join the Second Health Cluster.
Project manager for the cost per patient initiative in the second health cluster.
Responsible for the (PPM) system " Patient Level Information and Costing System ", in order to calculate
every single expense occurs to its minimum details.
Cluster Project manager and representative directly with PHAP "Health assurance and purchasing program" in the following products:
1) Carve-Out budget: Which is calculating all the budget actuals from 2017- 2020 to build it as a baseline historical data.
2) Shadow budgeting: which is reviewing and editing the new budget line items on a monthly basis in order to meet the actual needs of the cluster.
3) Structural Adjustment Grants (SAG): identifying cost drivers, applying KPIs and patient type, aimed to explicitly cover and support the gradual reduction of inefficiencies,
4) Working to achieve the 3 years' business plan where the cluster should be fully reporting to the "Health Holding Company".
Creating a new unified chart of accounts aligned with PHAP requirements.
Set the standards for what's considered direct, indirect or overhead cost aligned with the KSA cost standards.
Register all of KFMC's assets in order to apply depreciation, and make assumptions to assets that has no buying price by comparing them to a similar asset in other hospitals
Deep financial analysis in order to locate and track the cost Top to bottom.
Seek opportunities to improve the processes, through automation and collaboration within the cluster.
