 As a Technical Project Manager I was involved in development of a portal for enterprise grade, cloud-based e-commerce platform, designed specifically for B2B businesses, such as mid-sized wholesale distributors across vertical markets, including agriculture, electrical, energy, food & beverages, healthcare, home improvement, and office supplies.
 Key features - ERP integration, third-party payment gateways, an easy to use Content Management System, automatic inventory synchronization, intuitive search and navigation, robust product information manager, and insightful analytics
 Involved in Data Classification, Cleansing, Taxonomy Services, Schema mapping, Data De-duplication, Attribute Extraction, Enrichment services and more.

Project Description: Handling the major VMware Accounts like HP Japan and Dell India for Product installation and Support for corporate companies.

Responsibility
 Installing VMware products, licensing VMware products and issues in sales order and Helping in creating license file for the VMware products
 Help customers in adding and removing License Administrators for the license contracts. At times this involves troubleshooting via remote access.
 In addition to the above, we also help the customer on order issues and helping them in finding and redeeming the Promo Codes which they receive from VMware.
 A few of the Tools are used are Siebel and Salesforce as CRM, Oracle EBS and Discoverer Reports, Cisco WebEx ETC.
