Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, vacation and sick leaves)
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications
• Payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, overtime, bonus and leaves.

•Recruitment (Overseas and Local) - Handle the entire
recruitment activity from start until end in comoliance with Kuwait Labor Law and in line with the company budget.
Coordinating with the Line Managers, understanding their requirements, developing job descriptions, using various job portals for Candidate selection, short listing candidates, facilitating Interviews, negotiation of salaries and preparing of Offer Letters, finalizing the recruitment with the department respective line manager.
• Payroll including mobile deductions, overtime-disciplinary deductions or earnings, tracking of daily and monthly time & attendance reports, leaves.
• Handle the computation of end of service benefit; leave salary, Manage Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Overtime, Maternity Leave and Encashment
• Responsible for ensuring the employees follow the code of conduct at all times. Issuing warning letters, Termination letters
• Record keeping/Personnel file updates - To ensure files are updated for all employees - maintain electronic & manual
