• Devise and deliver on the HR strategy in alignment to Kafa’at’s business goals.
• Contribute to internal capability building and formulation of Kafa'at Business Strategy.
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit regarding key organizational and management issues.
• Collaborate with other Business Heads to identify additional service offerings and opportunities for improvement in current offerings.
• Develop & review all organisation management aspects such as JDs, Salary Scale & grading system to meet the organisation strategy.
• Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
• Provide overall leadership and guidance to HR functions by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits & performance management.
