1- Assesses organizations readiness and develops change management strategies and plans that
maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance through:
2- Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities.
3- Supporting communication efforts.
4- Focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and
technology.
5- Supporting training efforts.
6- Ensures communicating and management of stakeholders (end-to-end) for transformation projects
to implement organizational restructuring, new processes, controls, technology solutions.
7- Manages the initiatives and activities covered in the change management and communication plans.
8- Manages stakeholders and their objectives in order to create the right business case for their
achievement in line with the project’s scope and objectives.
9- Support supply chain team, by providing them proof of delivery "project handover", in order to allow them collect the funds.
10- Using the project objectives and customer success criteria, project plan, in consultation with project team members, PMO team and other parties if any.
11- Gathering all of the inputs from project team members as well as PMO team, and integrates them into an overarching solution project plan.
