 I undertook the replacement of manual labor with computerized manufacturing whenever possible.
 I worked to increase safety by installing automatic warning systems within the production lines, to warn against any possible dangers within production lines and the plants as whole. For instance I installed a system to shut off all saws automatically, as soon as it senses any foreign body or irregularity in the production lines. This measure is meant, among other things, to protect our precious work force.
 I set up a computerized ordering system, to follow all customer orders with minimal human intervention.
 I set up a division for after sales services .I see customer satisfaction as an instrument of direct sales.
 Full responsibility for all divisions: stocks, purchasing, operations, production, quality control, marketing, sales, and product development.
 Annual participation in International furniture fairs in Germany, Italy, China, and the U.S.
 I developed the engraving division, by introducing engraving machinery for greater precision.
 In 2005, I oversaw the erection of the new 15000 square meters manufacturing facilities.
 I was responsible for the increment of our domestic distributors to 12 around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
 I was responsible for securing important contracts such as: furnishing of the Riyadh meridian, the Dammam Meridian, and the Jeddah Hilton, through our specialized hotel furniture division.
