Responsibilities
• Providing efficient and professional solutions in project management, Design, contracts, procurement, Estimation, Execution, Supervision, coordination, and successful completion of project.

Scope of Work: Through the $1.5bn Apache Program, working on phase one of the design build contract as part of the US Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS). Responsible of the overall project management of Design, contracts, procurement, Estimation, Execution, Supervision, coordination, and successful completion of project. The Apache Program is a multi-phase design build programme, funded through the Ministry of Defense (KSA) and managed through the US Army Corps. The construction is for apache helicopter hangers, spare parts warehouse, ground support equipment facilities, infrastructure, electrical and telecom networks, water and sewer plants, helicopter runways, taxiways and airfield across three cities in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities

Scope of Work: Project Management services for design, procurement, tendering, and
construction till handover, for the duration of 28 months. A 4-star hotel (Radisson) that has a total capacity of approximately 196 rooms and another adjacent hotel (Park Inn) that have a total capacity of approximately 154 rooms. Both are high-rise buildings that consist of a basement, ground, and 19 floors including services, reception, prayer hall, kitchen/dining, 14 floors for guest rooms, and other facilities. Total BUA of 20, 292 m² on a 1400 m² land located 1 km from Holy Haram.
2- AL-NASEEM Complex Tower (TILAL AL-NASEEM)

Scope of Work: Technical Assessment of Al Naseem Complex which is a mixed-use development comprises of several towers with a shared podium of 14 floors accommodating commercial facilities, offices, prayer, banquet, and restaurant floors and parking on a single plot. This podium carries four elevated towers of which three are H-shaped 11-story towers (1st to 18th-floor levels) interlinked via bridges and are of similar configuration, and a single 21-story (1st to 21st-floor levels) tower. The estimated built-up area for all is more than 380, 000 square meters (m²). the assessment was for structural stability, GRC cladding, waterproofing, elevators & escalators, and HSE.
1- The main role was to Manage all listed below projects in the same time assuring the highest control of cost, quality, and time.
2- Interface and coordinate with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure synergy at all levels.
3- Efficient management of procurement, programming of works, and ensuring consistent adherence to health and safety regulations.
4- Performing a complete handover process for our clients.
5- Revision of material submittal records, design & shop drawing submittals, procurement monitoring sheets, and work progress with the team.
6- Providing on-site management and quality control to ensure projects meet time and budget requirements and are built in accordance with the contract documents, international standards, and specifications.
7- Assessing risk factors for ensuring no hindrance in project work.

Scope of Work: Turnkey project for a 218-key hotel which is being developed by Al-Othman Holding Company. The hotel consists of 9 luxurious restaurants and cafés like Enab Beirut, OKKU, Salero, etc. 141 guestrooms measuring between 42 and 47 square meters each, 57 suites including one Presidential Suite, one royal suite, and an opulent 250-square meter penthouse, in addition to 20 elegantly appointed serviced apartments. All feature superior quality furniture and fittings and advanced guest convenience technology, also, eleven meeting rooms are included in the hotel
The project includes also a separate structure which is WEDDING HALL FOR 2500+ SEATS as two 15, 000 square-foot ballrooms comprising entire floors that will accommodate major social and business events as part of this luxurious hotel.
The hotel is part of Al-Othman Holding complex which contains also a 24 floors’ adjacent matching office tower including basements, Ottoman signature hotel, parking building, meeting rooms.
