•Leading SABB IT Services Support Department
•Responsible for managing various operational aspects of SABB IT production services including End Users support function, SABB IT-Service Desk unit, HSBC Universal Banking system (HUB) in SABB production environment & SABB Regional areas support units kingdom wide .
•Participating in the designing, developing and maintaining relevant IT services support with sufficient capacity, resilience, security and operability to provide high availability and service quality.
