I have worked as front office in bank of Khartoum alterntive retail banking taking calls launching leads and complaints for customer issue to other Departments to being solved (customers cervices) and then, i worked back office agent whom received customers complaints to contact with other Department by calling or emailing then to solve issues as soon as we can and after that i had in soperviser team leader Department managing agents and customers issues my exprience there is 4 years and 6 month and now i have been working in operation Department ATM issuance and i still there
