Working for a large government semi-military nonprofit logistic service provider. It operates, observe and insure quality and readiness of vehicles fleet and services provided. With work force of more than 500, from scatered nationalities, backgrounds, ages, ethnics and levels, its kind of rich in terms of knowledge, cultures and attitude. It gaves a great exposure opportunities.
It begins with admin., goes more to cost reporting, then to recruiting, HR planning, estimating & projecting HR & automobiles, setting recruting & automobiles standards, documenting, strcuturing & policies, resource allocation, quality, and ends up -so far- to HRD. During those phases -19 years long so far-, we deal with figures, systems and people, both personnel and leaders.
As a vision of knowledge retension -associated and driven by talent drain-, Internal Training Centre -ITC- was established to acquire, manage, and dissiminate knowledge. It aims to host human talent and knowledge for retention purposes. Enriched by R.C.A. vision and on the other end, as a feedback system, it is sparked by RCA goals and trainees reallife ideas. Was incharge of ITC as trainer, providing multi customized courses, technical, managerial and operational. It aims to cope and adopt with rapedly and dynamic environment, aside with its major goal of knowledge managment.
