•Prepare strategic plans to empower the female presence in leadership positions at the authority as well as prepare a second row for leadership positions to ensure business continuity and career succession.
•Develop and implement effective plans and programs for managing change and transformation.

•Chief Human Resources Officer and Chairman of the Higher Promotion Committee.

•The representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Cooperation Council to develop media training plans and strategies for the GCC countries.
•In charge of Authority's privatization project and the representative with the National Center for Privatization.
•Establish strategic partnerships with international organizations and international media bodies such as BBC, ITV channel in London, France TV, INA in France, and German TV DW.
•Assess and equip the infrastructure for the launch of the English Channel in coordination with international media.
