My Responsibility :

Responsible for organizing and undertaking the key tasks associated with a successful HR function including employee engagement and relations, payroll, induction of new employees & internal communication activities.


 Recruitment, Terminations and resignations.
 Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
 Provide employees with information about HR policies, procedures, and protocols.
 Processes a variety of HR transactions in the system such as new hire/termination information, personal data, compensation, benefits, and tax data; personnel action changes.
 Participate in full-cycle recruiting and contracting processes, performing functional analysis for process improvement, automation, efficiency and scalability.
 Daily Supervision the system of attendance.
 Maintaining Employee Files and the HR Filing System.
 Preparation Monthly Payroll.
 Helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff reports to the HR director, and assists company managers with HR issues.
 Participate in periodic evaluation of new and old staff and reporting for management to make the right decisions to appoint some of the employees or terminate the services of some of the staff.
 Work to create an atmosphere appropriate work within the company and through assistance in resolving personnel problems, not conflicting with the interests of work and always work as a team is one of the best ways to success and progress for most companies.
 Administration of car and hotel requirements and rates.
