• Coordinated the planning and execution of IMS internal audit program and follow up for corrective actions and close-out of non conformity reports (NCR). Interface with external auditors ensuring completion of audits with zero NCRs.
• Manage all activities related to Total Quality Management (TQM), Business Excellence and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to deliver predefined improvement criteria.
• Provide direction and control to cross-functional teams implementing continuous improvement initiatives including Six Sigma projects.
