• Implementation New Work Flows to reduce process time & paper work.
• Written Policies & Procedures for Employee Relations Section.
• Presentation to Division Managers/Rig Managers - 1 per year
• Employee Relations Team members Succession Plan.
• Responsibility for overall Employee Relations Section performance
• Succession plan report by coordination with Division Management.
• Saudization plan for the division.
• Supervises and follows up performance appraisals.
• Make sure the Promotions are reviewed and handled on a timely bases before close time.
• Establishes head count as per contractual obligations / as per budget.
• Keeps a close watch on the crew changes and head count.
• Meet the crew during the crew change days.
• Frequent rig visits to meet crew face to face at least 1/month.
• Procedures & Policies Review and improve.
• Personnel responsibilities.
• Supervises medical checkup status.
• Insure that Time sheets are cleared before the dead line.
• Assignment in one of HR Sections to review and improve the process in that section. (Annually).
