Utility panel and Utility outside operator having experience in cooling system, incinerators, flare system, Effluent Treatment Plant, BENZENE Separator, Fire/Service Water System, Centrifugal Pumps, Metering System, De-Mineralized system, Turbine Pumps, Tankage Farm (Crude oil and MEG) and Boilers.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring & Controlling Process Parameters & ensure Safe Operation.
• Prepare SOP and give training to the new employees.
• Emergency Handling like Power Failure, cooling system emergency and Process Shutdown.
• Plant startup and shutdown responsibility. Periodic equipment changeovers.
• Assisting Specialist to solve problems in the plants.
• Conducting preventive and minor maintenance. Ensuring proper Housekeeping and Safety.
• Providing maintenance clearance, ensuring gases and liquids are purged, equipment fully isolated, flushed and cooled in safe manner.
• Maintaining Plant Safety and Enforcing Environmental Rules. Chemical addition and Disposal of Waste in safe manner.
• Routine area check and documented in the filed log sheet
Wireline field operator having experience in rigging up at the rig site, maintenance the Wireline equipment’s and logging tools and operating the unit winch.
Responsibilities:
• Pretesting the equipment prior and after of any job.
• Mechanical and electrical wireline unit check prior to the job, Ensuring proper Housekeeping and Safety.
• H2S trained in case of the gas release and a safe job shutdown.
• Fast Inspection Tools (FIT1), conductivity, cleaning and visual check of the logging tools.
• Rigging up at the rig site and logging the wireline tools down the well.
• Operating the winch to logging the tools down the well.
Worked as a surveyor attending accidents and determine the liabilities, damage assessments and provide road service.
Responsibilities:
• Arriving at the accident scene and Ensuring all drivers and passengers are safe.
• Documenting the accident and determine the liabilities by using the traffic law.
• Ensuring the safety of the road and Provide road service if needed.
• Conducting vehicle damage assessments
