Key Responsibilities:

SAP Master Data Management:
• Centrally create, change, and distribute, or to consolidate master data across complete enterprise system landscape.
• Domain-specific (Whites, Kunooz & NDC) master data governance/Management
• Managing a company’s data pertaining to its business needs (Ex. Updating of barcode, Batch Management, Consignment, listing & create source list for specific store)
• Ensures the integrity of a company’s data repository (online & offline including product images, attributes & filters), so that all services can access accurate, relevant, and up-to-date data at all times, from a single point of access.

Ecommerce Data Management (Website Backend Panel)
• Manage all aspects of online products in backend system, including Content of the Product along with the right Image
• Mapping items to the right attribute values for each Merchandise Category and Uploading it to the Website
• Ensures the filter attribute characteristic/values as per MC (Merchandise Category) level and configuring it in the backend system.
• Defining and configuring similar grouped items with different variants with exact Shade/Color, Size or Volume in the backend system
• Align with commercial & marketing for activating all types offers & banners in the website backend system

Online Search Enhancement
• Analyzing popular queries and defining search metrics (click position, click through rate & conversion) in Algolia backend system
• Finding out no result searches and optimizing the product content, if item is already available online or align with commercial department to source the searched items
• Help users navigate our content by suggesting queries
• With advanced Algolia analytics, making popular results visible for users under less popular once
• Promote products/brands/contents/banners for any given queries/search term with alignment with commercial and marketing
