As a Lean Site Champion worked directly with individuals and team in field location to execute Lean
methodologies on process improvement project in maintenance that support goals and objectives of operation
efficiency. Created and sustained a beneficial change culture within the location and among the technician
population for implementation of the D&M Lean Maintenance Program.
