-Responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the Smart IP Solutions field. This includes providing guidance, assigning tasks, and monitoring the progress of team members.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, account Managers, and technician to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
-Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the project lifecycle and ensure seamless transition to post-implementation support.
-Provide online and onsite training sessions for productsto partners and resellers.
-Install and configure computer HW/SW, operating systems, peripherals, and monitor applications.
-Setting up accounts for company employees with passwords and permissions.
-Troubleshooting network, software, and related issues.
-Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
-Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response
-Capture new accounts.
