Highlights:
• Represented the company in a consortium formed with international companies - P&O, Serco and Griffon Hoverwork for participation in the Jeddah Maritime project.
• Worked with a team from Griffon Hoverwork UK to sell hovercraft to Saudi Arabian Border Guard, Civil Defense and the Royal Saudi Navy
• Signed several contracts for providing operation and maintenance services - 4 contracts with the Ministry of Health, 1 contract with the Ministry of Defense and 2 contracts with Diba Port.

• Led the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies for the group’s operating entities to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Coordinated formulation of annual business plans and budgets based on organizational strategic objectives and supervised execution to deliver short term and long term targets.
• Collaborated with product managers in developing annual plans for each product category with sales, revenue and profitability targets along with strategies to grow and maintain the customer base.
• Established and managed programs for creating, sustaining and reinforcing brand equity and value of various business lines to achieve targeted market reach and penetration.
• Supported the marketing team in identifying and pursuing business opportunities including participating in visits to and discussions with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduced regular market studies and made presentations on key marketing data to account executives with recommended action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Worked with the business development manager in designing and producing marketing collaterals including company and product brochures for marketing campaigns and participation in trade events and exhibitions.
• Led the marketing and sales teams in building and sustaining good relations with clients by assuring high standards of service and support.
• Established KPIs and targets for the sales team, monitored progress in execution of plans and achievement of targets and provide guidance and support in delivering individual and team targets.
