Role:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and redlining legal documents, including non-standard Business Development documents, to mitigate risk and ensure company business development objectives are met.

2. Identifies risk(s) associated with contractual commitments and organize information in support of business risk assessments. Analyze and mitigate risk.

3. Developing and managing a procedure to recognize and identify contract disputes as they develop and manage the timely resolution under the changes provisions wherever possible, obtaining claims and legal expertise as appropriate.

4. Maintaining a working relationship with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Legal and Risk Management to facilitate organizational interfaces between those performing (sub) contract administrations.

5. Implement and interpret company policies and procedures to internal and external clients.

6. Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.

7. Ensure timely & accurate work measurement, billing, certification and collection.

8. Take necessary care to properly protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of corporate information from unauthorized disclosure, modification or destruction. Never knowingly put WETICO’ S information or information systems at risk.

9. Provide interpretation and recommendations to Sales team regarding contract provisions.

- Preparing tenders and contracts documents including bill of of quantities

- Preparing RFQ and cost comparison sheet and holding negotiation with sellers

- Drafting contracts and Letter of intent to proposed sellers

- Post contracts duties including reviewing and re-measuring actual quantities of subcontractors’ works

- Post contracts duties include monitoring works progress and issuing payment certificates and keep tracking and scheduling payments

- Responsible to review civil drawings and highlighting errors

- Inspecting concrete quality before pouring by conducting slump test to check concrete quality

- Assisting construction manager in inspecting and verifying excavation, backfilling, foundation, columns, slabs and beams deliveries

- Coordination between civil works and MEP works ( Interface
