Leading CUI project 2020 at Olefins -IV plant and CUI project 2021 at Olefins -I plant.
• Attend and contribute at Olefins-II plant turnaround 2019 as a responsible of all tanks inspection.
• Received LSR(Lifesaving rules) certificate from PK during Olefins-II plant turnaround 2019. • Ensure the reliability and integrity of all the containment equipment (Pressure Vessels, Cracking furnaces, Tanks, Exchangers, Boilers, Drums, Piping, etc.) by implementing and monitoring a structured Inspection System, based on API/ASME Standards.
• Awareness of thermography techniques
• Witnessing on ProCoat Holdiay Spark Testing.
•Internal/external Inspection of relocated/new pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, reactors, towers, drums, incinerators, furnaces, Pressure safety valves, rupture discs, etc for EDC/VCM, Power Plant, as per their respective codes and standards.
• Review inspection report and create fixed equipment inspection report, finding,
recommendation and TML in MERIDIUM.
• Awareness of NDT and advanced inspection techniques.
•Witnessing of Hydrostatic/Pneumatic testing of equipment, piping, heat exchangers, valves as per API/ASME standards and inspection procedures.
• Preparing and working on the PMI test
